****Update on the 2026 Events for the QIDC****

The 12th Annual Elk Antler Shed Hunt Scoring Event is scheduled for 2026.  Registrations will be accepted by mail until February 14, 2026.  Members of the QIDC will be doing in person registration on Jan 10 and 24 plus Feb 14 at the Elk's Visitors Center from noon to 3 pm, weather permitting.  The participation fee is $10 per person.  Scoring will take place on May 23, 2026 from 11 am to 1 pm at the Pottersdale Park. We will have vendors set up so come take a look at what they have to offer.

The Fawn Sensenig West Branch of the Susquehanna River Canoe/Kayak/Paddleboard River Run has been discontinued due to not enough participants and staff to hold the event.

The 29th Annual QIDC 100 Mile Yard Sale for 2026 is planned for July 17th and 18th.  Registration will begin on March 1, 2026 and end on May 1, 2026 in order to be placed in the printed directory.  After May 1, 2026 you can still pay to participate in the yard sale.  We just won't be able to place your ad in our printed directory.  We will however be able to add you to the online directory up until July 4th.
